Director of Operations - Jakers Bar and Grill

I began my career with Jaker’s in 1997 as a salad cook. My restaurant background started years earlier at the age of 14. I was born and raised in York Maine, a small coastal town with typical New England charm and history. I graduated in 1995 from York High School and spent the next two years at the University of Maine pursuing my interests in baseball and skiing. At the age of 20 I moved to Missoula with my future wife, Heather and transferred to the University of Montana School of Business.

After three years with Jaker’s I became General Manager of the Missoula restaurant. I spent the next few years as General Manager while finishing my Bachelors in Business Marketing and Management. In 2003 I took over as Director of Operations for the five Jaker’s locations. In 2008 the Red Robin of Billings and Missoula were also placed under my supervision. Someone once told me “if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”. I have taken that advice to heart and look forward to the future and expanding our brand to new markets. I am currently a partner in both the Missoula Jaker’s and Red Robin restaurants. When not at one of our restaurants I enjoy spending my time with my wife and children water skiing and boating on Montana’s lakes
